The Menopause Reset Program provides personalised support where we will meet fortnightly focussing on the foundations of health, working towards balancing your mood, improving your energy and increasing your fitness and resilience.
We appreciate life is busy so have broken it down into bite size, allowing you to fit it into your weekly routine, educating and motivating you towards making changes to improve your health.
This will depend on your current level of symptoms, health condition and your willingness to make lifestyle changes that will benefit you. The more effort you put in the sooner you will begin to see results.
The program is designed to support you, whether you struggle with fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety, low moods, weight gain or muscle pain, in addressing the root cause - stress, inflammation, blood sugar dysregulation, digestive disturbances, hormone and neurotransmitter imbalances.
It is not possible to offer a guarantee as everyone is unique and I am here to help you facilitate changes in your life to help resolve your health concerns, therefore I am unable to offer a refund once you join as I invest a significant amount of time and work in helping you and everyone's outcome is dependant on their own efforts.

Various testing can be organised at an added cost, ranging from blood, salivary, urinary, stool and hair mineral analysis
I appreciate unexpected events crop up in which you may have to reschedule. To keep to the 12 week program, we will try & do so during that period, but if you become ill or due to unforseen circumstances I will extend the program by a maximum of 2 weeks.
